I would recommend that you go to Bassins des Lumieres. Built in 1942 and use by Germany in 1943 to house up to 40 submarines, it is now an art installation. At the time we visited it was Dali and Gaudi as an exhibit and it’s quite impressive.

It’s all very impressive, with the docks where thr submarines would go being full of water and reflecting the videos of the show which is a video that is projected onto all the walls of the base showing off the artwork in a rather unique way.

This image is of the Dali exhibition, which was especialy great because the backing track was all Pink Floyd which is alright in my book.
